My down to earth, honest and wise manner allows me to both mentor people at a variety of levels and successfully do leadership training to help individuals identify where they are, where they want to be and assist them in developing a plan to bridge both.

I run various training and workshops which are individually tailored to specific needs. To date these have included,

  • Improving organisational culture

  • Leadership training

  • Setting priorities and plan to achieve them

  • Fundraising strategy and planning

  • Defining core values and mission statements

  • Deciding how to 'show up' in the world (or in your work place)
